I just realized something important after having sent this to a friend!!!
Any time you identify a problem that you then want to fix, you only pull yourself into a hole. You can’t “work on it”…
This is why the way to having a good life in every possible way is to never focus on problems EVER; but to focus on positive aspects, to praise, to be grateful, to say “I love that! It’s so great!”, to constantly and incessantly find things in your experience you appreciate.
By this Rampage of Appreciation and nothing more you can be assured Well-Being in every facet of your life. All the holes will be filled, all the bumps smoothed, all the lame made fun again.
All you do is focus on the positive aspects.
When you appreciate things, and point out positive aspects you feel good. This is why there is nothing more important than that you feel good. In FACT I am taking it a step further and saying that the only thing of importance in your whole life is that you feel good. Anything else is making your life worse.
